- You can repeat this process with another document by doing the following:
Log in to your personal area .
Look for verification status at the top of the screen.
Click resend to continue.
A pop-up window will appear:click Upload new to continue.
First you need to delete the uploaded old document, so click the Recycle Bin icon to delete it.
Now you can change the settings of the country, the type of identity document and upload a new document. Click Next when everything is ready.
Congratulations, your new document is under review.
Exness Trader
If you use the Exness Trader app, then:
Log in to the app.
Tap the profile icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.
Tap finish verification .
Follow the on-screen instructions to try again.
When finished, your new document will be in the process of checking

How do I change the phone number I registered for?
Let's take a look at a few different ways to manage a registered phone number.
To add a phone number:
Log in to your Exness personal area and open Settings .
Click Personal Information .
Click + and enter your new phone number.
Enter the code sent to your registered phone number to verify the action.
A new phone number has been added to your account.
To use the new phone number as your primary security method:
This will change the phone number used to authenticate your account.
Follow the steps above ( to add a new phone number).
Click security type in settings; here you can click Choose new number as primary-confirm by clicking Save .
Enter the code sent to the currently used security type and move on to finish.
From now on, all actions on your account that require authentication will have a code sent to your new number.
To change the phone number:
You must always have at least one active phone number. So, to change the phone number, before deleting the old one, you need to add a new phone number.
Follow the steps above ( to add a new phone number).
Go back to personal information, then click - and click Save .
The phone number registered in your account has been changed.
Keep in mind that if you can't delete a number, it's still set as your default account number or the number you set to receive notifications.
To change that:
In the personal area, open Settings .
Click Security Type .
Select a different number than the one you're trying to delete, and then click Save.
Now you should be able to delete the number.
To change a Lost Phone Number:
If you no longer have access to your phone number and would like to change it, we recommend that you contact Exness support via the chat available at the bottom right of this page.
